Reporting documents - Testate Estates (With a Will)

Items underlined below are downloadable documents.

  1. Death notice (J294)
  2. Certified copy of the death certificate
  3. Certified copy of the ID of the deceased
  4. Copy of the will
  5. Next-of-kin
  6. Certified copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable)
  7. Antenuptial contract, divorce order and divorce settlement (if applicable)
  8. Certified copies of beneficiaries’ IDs
  9. Inventory (J243)
  10. List of creditors
  11. Declaration of marriage
  12. Affidavit / Declaration
  13. Certified copy of the executor’s ID
  14. Acceptance of executorship (J190)

Section 18(3) testate estate (with a will)

Same as above, except the Acceptance of Executorship (J190) is replaced with Undertaking and Acceptance of Master’s directions by executor (J155) in duplicate.
